  • High strength and good heat resistance: Titanium material has high strength and high strength retention rate at high temperatures. For example, the strength retention rate is>90% at 250 ℃, and the density is only about 60% of steel, which is about twice the specific strength. It can withstand high temperature and high pressure working environments, with a maximum pressure bearing capacity of 6.4MPa, and is suitable for working conditions from -40 ℃ to 300 ℃.
  • High reaction efficiency: Titanium reaction vessels usually adopt optimized flow channel design and variable frequency speed regulation stirring, which can improve heat transfer efficiency by about 20%, with temperature fluctuations of ≤± 0.5 ℃. PID algorithm precise temperature control can promote the mixing and reaction between reactants and improve product quality.
