Signing the procurement contract stage

After the parts are compared through inquiry, the supplier is selected to sign the contract, and at this point, a complete project parts price list and its approximate delivery schedule can be formed. We can derive the cost of project components from the price list, which is used to control and calculate the overall cost of the project. From the arrival schedule, we can see the arrival time arrangement of some key components, which serves as an important reference for formulating the next project work plan and controlling the overall project schedule.

 

Product manufacturing

The approved production drawings are the basis for manufacturing, and all non site manufactured equipment must be evaluated by our quality control responsible person to comply with strict regulations. Regular inspections are conducted to ensure that sub suppliers also meet the specified quality standards.

Delivery, installation, and debugging

Based on years of experience, the installation process specification will be beneficial for simplifying the start-up and commissioning of equipment.

 

Training

Train customers on operation and maintenance personnel until the end of the training. There are beginner, intermediate, advanced training, and regular training available.

 

Repair Service

We will actively guide and assist customers in carrying out equipment maintenance work. When users encounter difficult problems during the production process, whether it is our responsibility or not, Jinri will send experts to assist in solving them.
